Your order will be shipped within 3 working days as soon as we receive your payment. Depending on the weight and volume of your order it will be shipped in an envelope or parcel. The day of the shipping we will send an e-mail such that you can make appropriate arrangements.

Simply Colors uses Standard Post. If your delivery address is a company address, please use the PO Box address.
Within Australia and New Zealand the delivery time is 3 to 6 working days. For worldwide delivery the delivery time is 4 to 10 working days, depending on the country of destination.

If you have not received your order in time, please contact us. With public holidays it can happen that the delivery time takes a few days longer. Simply Colors can not give any guarantees for the delivery times.
