Children need comfortable clothing in which they can play their (rough) games. The cotton of simply colors is a strong and thick quality garment. If a faulty garment slips through our control system, please contact us. You can return it and we will send you a new one.
Exchanges and returns are not possible when:

the cloths have a personal print
the cloths have been worn or washed
you have tried to repair the fault yourself
you have not correctly followed the user instructions
Exchangeable
If the item, the size or the colour of the item you have received is not correct, then you can always exchange this. Exchange happens on a basis of shared postal charge. You can put the item(s) in an envelope or package, please affix postage to your envelope or package.

Please enclose a note with your order number and which item you wish to receive back. In case your package does not fit in the mailbox, please hand it in person at the post-office. We will ship the new clothes to you as soon as possible, we will pay for this postage.

If you can but don't want to exchange the clothing then you can return the items within seven days of delivery.
This is only possible if you have contacted simply colors before this. As soon as we have received the clothing we will return the shipping costs to your credit card or bank account.

Send with your return a print of our confirmation e-mail and mention your bank account details. Please mention the reason for your return, so that we can improve our service in the future. As soon as we receive your return, we will transfer your payment (excluding the delivery cost) within five working days to your bank account.
